Blackwolf @ the Oscars 2008: A Preview

Well, kids, if the blurb your humble Dragonmaster saw in yesterday's New York Post is any indication, clearly the 80th Anniversary Academy Awards is going to go on, with or without the Writers' Guild. In effect, dear children, Gilly boy ---that would be producer Gilbert Cates --- is basically saying a rawther large fuck you, meaning, to my interpretation, I honestly don't wanna hear what you want! I'm Oscar --- the Academy Award --- and you don't wanna mess with me, because I will cream anybody in Hollywood who tries to mess with me! Sure, this might possibly be Gil Cates committing potential career suicide, but let this be said for Gilly boy: Here is a man possessed of chutzpah! That, plus the fact that he produced and directed Oh, God! Book II, well, that, frankly, is reason enough for the show to go on as scheduled.

And, of course, you know what THAT means, Mortals: I get to take on, for the third straight year, the challenge of posting, here in ye olde Diary of Magecraft, the most graphically detailed Oscar Nominees list anywhere. I live to torture you with my extra-strength Oscar nominees list; having been pretty much left to mine own devices during this, my post-Triumph phase, and knowing I'm up against a whole mess of stuff all February long anyway, well, let's put it this way, kiddos: SOMEONE has to haul ass in this sort of way, and Blackwolf the Dragonmaster is the chosen. Again. In that spirit, as ever, I can only ask that ye stay tun'd!
