A Word from the Kingdom of Dun Morogh and Ironforge

Hey there, Dragonmaster fans --- and World of WarCraft lovers, too!

Magni Bronzebeard, King of Dun Morogh and Ironforge, here. Ever wonder how we in the worlds of Blizzard Entertainment celebrate Cinco de Mayo? Well, this being Mexican Independence Day 2006, this ol' Dwarven King thought I'd show ya.

Of course, our Diablo cast are given pride of place --- the game is, after all, about devils and stuff. So there's plenty of pinata busting, beer guzzling (particularly among the Humans who work at our little corner of the Multiverse --- that would be Irvine, California, by the way), and the obvious: fire, fire, FIRE!!!!!

And yeah, we Ironforgers all love to croon "Come on baby, light my fire" on Cinco de Mayo. Gives us Dwarves something to do, y'know. And speaking of fire, we got a brand new WoW expansion we wanna tell our fans about. It's called The Burning Crusade, and it is, dare I say it, white hot! So hot in fact that we're gonna let Blackwolf review it for us for his Ink Blot Newszine thingie. I just hope that my old schoolmate, King Thain of Burok Torn, is still writing for them, too.

So why, after having posted all that short, simple, boring stuff, is the King of all Ironforge posting in Blackwolf the Dragonmaster's Diary of Magecraft?

Because it's Friday, you doorknobs --- and Friday, no matter what the holiday, will always mean one thing, both to Dwarves and Humans: PARTY!!!

So here's ol' King Magni's Royal Proclamation for May 5, 2006, Mortal-reckoning:

Party, party, party! Boogie, boogie, boogie! Let's get down! ('Nuff said.)

Love,

Bronzie
