Christmas 2008, and Things to Come for Master Blackwolf

By Merlin's beard, what a holiday season this was, eh what? While I know not where the road ahead will take all of us, we have history to witness: When I next scribble here in the ol' Diary of Magecraft, we'll begin a brand new year --- 2009, Mortal-reckoning! And er, oh yeah, we'll see an African-American standing before the free world to assume the most powerful office of them all: the Presdency of these United States!

Alas, as ever, the Quest will not be easy. There will be both triumphs and tragedies; glory, honor and sacrifice; destiny, silliness and controversy --- but, as ever, there be but ONE Wizard determined to make an attempt to make sense of it all. That, of course, would be dear, sweet, twisted, adorable little old me!

Know, then, that I, Blackwolf the Dragonmaster, Duke of Talisker, Philosopher of the Internet and Unofficial Sorcerer-in-Residence unto the Mortalfolk of the City, County and State of New York, stand prepared to take on whatever challenge comes my way --- without exhausting meself silly into the bargain!

Aye, 2009 Mortal-reckoning will test me and my faculties even further, as I battle to keep the world weird! Come, follow me, if thou wouldst!
