That brief quote, if memory serves, was from Police Academy 4: Citizens on Patrol, my personal fave among the Police Academy movies. I was always a sucker for each one; more and more, I kept being taken in by the magic! Steve Guttenberg, Bubba Smith, Michael Winslow, David Graf, G.W. Bailey, Bobcat Goldthwait, Leslie Easterbrook --- a rowdy gang of misfits dedicated to tickling the world's funny bone whilst simultaneously upholding the law!

Besides the Citizens on Patrol title song, there was also a neato track from Brian Wilson called "Let's Go to Heaven in My Car." I barely recall the chorus, so please indulge me:
