From the Royal Palace of Dun Morogh and Ironforge: A Very Special Holiday Adventure

Greetings, Dwarf-lovin' dudes and dudettes! King Magni Bronzebeard of Dun Morogh and Ironforge here!

You who are regular fans of World of WarCraft, this message is a special holiday thing for everybody beyond the canyons of Blizzard Entertainment's World HQ, here in beautiful, downtown Irvine, California; though you might be a little bored about this, I send you my love anyway.

For the last three weeks, the Blizzard gang has been auctioning off on eBay a series of the earliest World of WarCraft server hardware stuff, with the proceeds from all sales benefitting our pals at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. Now, this week is the fourth and last of the auctions we're doin', and the deal is you gotta log onto eBay.com, and they'll hook you guys up with all the information and details, as well as how to make that valuable contribution to the St. Jude folks.

Yeah, we here at Blizzard will often chow down on a Human or four --- or, in my case, bash a head in from time to time --- but that don't excuse us from giving something back to those less fortunate than ourselves, especially during this coming Christmas season. (And yeah, I'll plead guilty to being an old softie and shedding a tear when some of the kids here in Ironforge actually dare to say, "I love you, King Magni!")

Well, don't stand there and behave like Scrooge. Go bid on stuff, willya!

Merry Christmas,

Bronzie

Coming to the Dragonmaster's World: DCR --- Dark Chambers Radio!

Lately, I've been seeing a series of bus advertisements extolling something called iHeartRadio.com. Needless to say, this is internet radio, a type of entertainment your humble Dragonmaster has not entirely seriously pursued.

What, then, if indeed I were to invade this iHeartRadio.com, you ask?

Well, were I to dive in at full throttle, I'd call the idea DCR --- Dark Chambers Radio. As the name implies, it would be an internet-radio version of my Dark Chambers website; moreover, it would also serve as the official soundtrack of my Mortal-born alter ego's life, bringing listeners highlights of the sounds that mattered throughout Richard Washington's life over the years: the tunes, the themes, the favorite musical concepts that have made a difference in the lad's many years.

I wonder if, by Merlin's beard, I should make the commitment to hosting me own Internet radio show. Well, if I do, I'll post an e-mail Press Release and tell you lot. In the meantime, I'm hoping to see what the four Broadway musicals are who will anchor the first hour of NBC's live coverage of the 85th Anniversary Macy*s Thanksgiving Day Parade. Well, when I know that, you'll hear about it here. Oh, and by the way, if you're checking out ClausNET.com, please don't hesitate to check out Santa Claus' 2011 "State of the Pole" Address. King Nicholas of the Realm of Forever has much on his mind this year, and I'm sure you'll be riveted by his every word.
